The Sculpture Park is part of programming by the Gujral Foundation at the CEPT campus, along with 6 annual excellence awards and exciting new courses on the summer winter school curriculum.
On 13th September 2019, the foundation inaugurated the first of several installations and workshops by leading contemporary artists and architects at the CEPT University campus. The artworks and workshops presented in that semester by contemporary artist Ayesha Singh and reD architects were interactive and questioned and generated dialogue on campus around art and architecture, specifically public spaces, the notions of time, space, history, and identity.
The inauguration of the Sculpture Park was followed by a workshop by reD architects and an artist presentation by Ayesha Singh on 14th September 2019 at Sagara Basement on the CEPT campus.
